At OneFilum, we believe your personal memories are sacred. We weave separate threads of messages, photos, and video clips into cohesive stories for your loved ones. Because this process requires sharing deeply personal moments, we are entirely committed to protecting your privacy.
When you create a "OneFilum," we collect your name, email address, and event details (e.g., event type and date) to manage the project.
If you are invited to contribute to a OneFilum, we collect the video clips, photos, text messages, or audio files you upload. We also collect your email address to send you automated status updates and gentle reminders regarding the deadline.
We only process your uploaded media to assemble, score, pace, and edit the final video cut for the specific event you contributed to.
We do not, and will never, sell your videos, photos, or personal information to third parties or advertisers.
Uploaded clips are only accessible to our automated compilation systems, the event creator, and our support team (strictly for troubleshooting purposes).
Raw video clips and media assets are stored securely while the OneFilum is being woven. Once the final cut is approved and delivered, you or the account creator can request the permanent deletion of the raw assets from our servers at any time.
Given that OneFilums often celebrate family milestones, media containing children may be uploaded by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly solicit data directly from children under 13.
